Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

Matthew 5:5

Jesus was the Word made flesh, the very image of the invisible God.  Yet, He became one as of no reputation, and walked among His own creation, as one of them.

For the believer, we have the righteousness of Christ.  We are set apart, holy, and sanctified, given a new nature at regeneration when we believe and are born again.  So much so that Paul states we are a new creature (2 Corinthians 5:17).

But for the prophetic movement, what does meekness look like?  For the evangelist?  For the apostle?  Christ Jesus, our apostle, was the model of godly meekness.  He did only what He saw His Father doing, and said only His words.  As David Ravenhill put it, He did not visualize, that is, imagine and make up what he thought his next assignment was.  He merely responded to His Father’s leading.

Today, many would suggest strategies for ministry, church growth, expanding the prophetic.  Many people take from this and that and make an endeavor to build something.  But, while sharing ideas and wisdom from the Lord.  But, there can be a difference of approach.  One man may say we should be the same person in the spotlight as out of it, and many real men of God do this, and then there are those who speak, but by virtue of immaturity or other reason, do not make this a reality.

The mark of true ministry is its anointing, that it comes from the LORD.  Any other work is of the flesh.  We must be listening to the leading of the Lord, and nit become side tracked, even by good things, taken to our flesh.

We must realize the LORD is able to rise us up at due time.  We must realize that we must be tested, tried, and shaped many times for the LORD to use us.
